Saving Time in Pre-Production Planning

Previously, the HRTech company struggled to find old scripts, past commercials, and archived conversations, resulting in wasted hours as they aimed to familiarize new team members with the company's brand values, unique selling points, and creative vision. On day two of the five-day shoot the Chief of Marketing had a last-minute obligation and wasn't able to be on set. Through the Script-to-Screen-Experience platform, he was able to message the crew to get a scene-take shot that we originally cut in pre-production.

They even made a special request for us to film BTS footage using our VHS camcorder, aiming for an authentic old-school visual representation of the commercial shoot's day-to-day activities.

Post-Production 

After the on-location shoot, our post-production team had a call with HRTech to confirm they were happy moving into post-production. With the Script-to-Screen-Experience media management tools, HRTech was easily able to follow along, ensuring everything was running smoothly. 

Watch Party

The Chief Marketing Officer was so thrilled with the final product that they decided to use our newest feature, Watch Party. The marketing team sent out an email one week before the premiere of the commercial. Without giving too much away, it was a major success!! And 98% of the company came to the viewing.
